Shipping
Our goal is to ship your items to meet your delivery needs at the lowest rates available. We offer free ground shipping on many of the items ordered through our website.
On non-stock items merchandise, orders may be subject to minimum quantities and/or special handling or payments.
ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND ASSEMBLIES ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
Please read all shipping policies and terms and conditions before selecting a shipping option when placing your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipment descriptions like "Next Day", "2-Day" , etc. are used to denote service levels, but do not guarantee when you will receive your order. They represent time-in-transit after an item has been shipped. The delivery times are based on item availability and shipping to urban areas within the contiguous United States. Delivery to rural areas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and is calculated at checkout.
Products that apply to the Free Shipping offer will have the message "Free shipping in the contiguous USA!"in the "Availability" field on the product's detail page.
RAMTRONIX LLC will determine the free shipment carrier at its discretion using the most reliable and economical carrier service your area. Common carriers include the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days depending on availability and the distance to your destination.
Free Shipping does not apply to special orders or oversized/overweight products. Expedited services, such as overnight, 2-day, 3-day and express service also do not apply to the Free Shipping offer. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and is calculated at checkout.
If you return a purchase delivered using a free shipping method, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit if applicable.
For those items not eligible under the terms and conditions of the Free Shipping offer, the shipping method is chosen by the Buyer and added to the cost of your order. Special drop shipments on large orders require additional time for production and/or truck shipment. The shipping charges for such orders may follow on a separate invoice.
Shipment of Product
All orders are shipped F.O.B. point of shipment Unless otherwise agreed in writing by RAMTRONIX LLC. Buyer shall bear the risk of loss and the responsibility for insurance coverage for Product after delivery to the F.O.B. point of shipment. Any shipping dates given in advance of the actual shipment are RAMTRONIX LLC's best estimates and are to be used for informational purposes only. If Buyer is unable to receive the shipment when it is tendered, Buyer will be liable to RAMTRONIX LLC for any losses, damages or additional expenses incurred or suffered by RAMTRONIX LLC result of Buyers inability to receive the shipment.
Buyer will be deemed to accept the Product upon receipt. Any claims for shortages or discrepancies will be waived by the Buyer unless made in writing to RAMTRONIX within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product. RAMTRONIX LLC may cancel in whole or in part any order for Product under the Agreement at any time.
Shipping Quotes
RAMTRONIX LLC will make every attempt to provide you with a fair and accurate price quote for shipping costs. Verbal quotes are given as a guideline only and may differ from the exact cost. We reserve the right to honor only freight quotes provided in writing by RAMTRONIX.
Due to reconsignment of shipping from various freight carriers, it may take up to 45 days to charge or invoice for shipping and/or other related delivery charges. A separate charge/invoice containing these additional delivery and/or freight charges may occur.
Dimensional Size
Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight. In some cases, dimensional packaging charges cannot always be determined at the time of your order.
Shipping Cutoff Times
If your order is received prior to 1:00 PM, Monday-Friday, Eastern time (EST or EDT), we will make our best efforts to ship the order the same day if it is 100% complete. Once your package is in transit, we will email a detailed confirmation of your order, which includes order total, shipping amount, and tracking information.
Please Note: Orders may be held for credit or security verification. We will contact you if any additional verification is necessary. Please contact us by emailing us at sales@ramtronix.com if you need to make any further changes to your order or shipping method. Please include your order number in any communications.
Signature Requirement on Residential Shipments
Our carriers require a signature on all shipments sent to a residential address. Please plan your schedule accordingly so your package can be delivered in a timely fashion.
Truck Freight Deliveries
Some larger items or large quantity of items sold by RAMTRONIX LLC must be delivered by Truck Freight. Such items may only be shipped within the contiguous United States. Truck drivers are only required to deliver to your curb-side and are not required to assist the Buyer beyond the point of delivery. Please have assistance available if your order is a truck-shipped product. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of truck-shipped items.
Make sure to inspect the pallet or container BEFORE you sign the Bill of Landing (BOL). Most freight carriers will not cover damages once the BOL has been signed.
