Terms & Conditions - Ramtronix, LLC
Any agreement for the purchase of goods from Ramtronix, LLC ("Seller", "We", "Our") and the Customer ("Buyer", "You", "Your") shall be subject to these Business Policies, Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). By placing an order, Customer consents to and agrees to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions.
General Sales Policy
Service & Prices: Prices for products offered for sale on the Ramtronix, LLC website ("Service") are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at pricing prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices are not guaranteed. List prices shown on this website are suggested by the manufacturer of the respective item.
Website prices are updated daily (Monday-Friday; holidays excluded) and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. However, because of the dynamic nature of the computer and television industries, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on this website. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any orders.
Ramtronix, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Ramtronix, LLC shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Cancellation: Buyer may cancel the Agreement only by giving written notice to Seller. In the event of such cancellation, Buyer shall pay for all goods and services delivered and completed and any reasonable charges for expenses already incurred and commitments made by Seller.
Substitutions: Ramtronix, LLC reserves the right to substitute items of comparable function and quality in cases where the manufacturer has discontinued or has difficulty in delivering a specified item. Substitutions are returnable.
Returns
All returns must have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number assigned by a member of the Ramtronix LLC, customer service or sales departments. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the box will be refused.

All returned products with a valid RMA number will be evaluated. The issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee credit. If Ramtronix, LLC deems that a product is defective and still within the warranty period, we will do one of the following at our discretion: repair or replace the product or credit your account. No refunds.
Products accepted for return for reasons other than defect or error by Ramtronix, LLC will be assessed a standard 15% re-stocking fee and must be received within 15 days from date of shipment. Manufacturer re-stocking fees greater than 15% will be assessed on top of Ramtronix, LLC standard fee.
Custom or special order products are only returnable due to manufacturing defects or error by Ramtronix .
Order Placement & Payment
If your order is received prior to 1:00 PM, Monday-Friday, Eastern time (EST or EDT), we will make our best efforts to ship the order the same day if it is 100% complete. Once your package is in transit, we will email a detailed confirmation of your order, which includes order total, shipping amount, and tracking information.
Credit/Debit Cards: Ramtronix, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You must use a U.S. credit/debit card with U.S. billing and shipping addresses. Please provide your account number, full name as it appears on your card, expiration date and bank code (where applicable). Handling and/or shipping charges will be added to the charge slip. All cards are subject to verification of billing and shipping address. All Credit/Debit Cards orders will be assessed a 4% fee
Credit Card Authorization Holds
An authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card each time an order is placed to confirm the card is valid. The hold should be released within 3 to 5 business days.
For cancelled orders, authorizations may still take 3 to 5 days to be released. The length of the hold is determined by the bank or other financial institution that issued your card. You will not be charged for cancelled orders.

If necessary, Customer authorizes Ramtronix, LLC to charge their credit card/electronic payment account for any Restocking or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
All transactions will be processed in U.S. Dollars ($). Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.
Ramtronix, LLC. makes every effort to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
On non-stock items merchandise, orders may be subject to minimum quantities and/or special handling or payments.
ALL SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS AND ASSEMBLIES ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
Ramtronix, LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
We are under no obligation to fulfill your order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your Order has been acknowledged by us).
Sales Tax: Sales Tax is only charged for orders shipped within New Jersey, California, or New York (or orders shipped F.O.B.), for the order total, including the amount of the shipping charge. New Jersey, California, or New York customers will be charged sales tax according to their county’s jurisdiction. If tax exempt, please send or email a copy of the exemption certificate with your order. We are required to collect tax for shipments originating and delivering within the same state (drop-shipments).
International Orders: No International Orders are being accepted at this time.
Shipment of Product
Shipment of all Product shall be made F.O.B. point of shipment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ramtronix LLC, Buyer shall bear the risk of loss and the responsibility for insurance coverage for Product after delivery to the F.O.B. point of shipment. Buyer shall pay all freight including transit insurance costs.
Any shipping dates given in advance of actual shipment are Seller’s best estimates for informational purposes only, and deliveries will be made subject to prior orders on file with Seller. Seller may, in its sole discretion, use any commercial carriers for shipment of the Product. In the event damaged merchandise is received, retain the original shipping carton and contact shipping company.
Unless otherwise specified, your order will ship via UPS ground service. UPS Red (Next Day Air), Blue (2nd Day Air) and Orange (3-Day Select) services are available upon request.
FEDEX and other common carriers of your choice are also available.
Warranty
Ramtronix, LLC makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the information posted on this web site. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this website could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products.
Ramtronix, LLC is not liable or responsible for any event or occurrence that may be deemed a natural act of God, war, police action, or terrorism or any damages as a result of such occurrence.
Warranties on any distributed product sold by Ramtronix LLC, are subject solely to the manufacturers' written warranty. There are no other expressed or implied warranties except as set forth herein. There is no warranty covering consequential damages, incidental damages, or incidental expenses, including injury to persons or property.
Claims
If Customer makes any claims against Ramtronix LLC, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the County of Hudson, Hoboken, NJ, USA.
Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after Customer has submitted an order).
Ramtronix LLC, undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated
